Kate is a successful entrepreneur, World Champion in triathlon and Reiki Master, but she had to overcome a toxic relationship where her ex-fiance left her in debt, emotionally broken and feeling overwhelmed with the enormous task of turning their business around, as well as building her self-belief back.
Turning her focus from all the reason why her situation wasn’t fair, she focused on what she could control and started running…
Fast forward 2 years, she’s number one in the world in triathlon, successfully sold her business for $1M and sharing her message on stages such as TEDx.
Yet, even today, Kate still talks about the shadows of success - for every mountain we climb, there is a darkness as large behind and our journey is to keep striving for the mountain peaks and respect the shadows that follow us.
